My Other Car – Sonoma, California – Photo Friday

This is a picture of my standing in front of my other car at a winery in NapaSonoma California. OK, maybe that’s not my other car… yet. There is apparently good money in wine. The Napa valley is a gorgeous place with grapes everywhere and these beautiful wineries. Even if you don’t like wine this is a great place to travel. Do take a winery tour if you have not done one previously.

I like that second shot. I’ve been to Napa a couple of times and am embarrassed to say that the only thing I’ve seen is…. Walmart. Needless to say, I wasn’t impressed! I guess I definitely have to take a wine tour.

Ahhh … Napa Valley, one of my favorite getaway spots. We were just there last weekend and enjoyed the changing fall color of the vines. Incredible! In addition to wine tasting, a visit to the Bouchon Bakery in Yountville is a must too.

You captured Napa nicely. It seems to ooze “fine wine” kind of taste. It is also very picturesque to drive around. Nice photos!

Cheers to the suggestion to take a wine tour! I’ve never personally been to Napa, but we’ve been on a tasting spree in California’s central valley. The trip is such a great memory — thanks for the reminder to do it again!

FYI- One little problem here Chris–If this picture was taken at Ledson Winery, which it certainly appears to be, you were *not* in Napa. You were in Kenwood, in Sonoma Valley!

Nice! Would have been even nicer though had you been wearing swim trunks and lounging on the hood of the car…..or maybe washing it while eating a burger….yeah! That’s it! Water…soap….burger….car washing….:)
Seriously though I love Napa, need to make another trip there soon!

I’ve only been to our wineries here in Michigan, and the second shot reminds of pleasant days I spent up there
