Giant Olmec Head - Mexico City, Mexico

If I tell you that the Olmec people had giant heads I don’t want you to think that they had a particularly difficult time at the haberdashers nor that they thought a bit too highly of themselves, but rather that they carved giants heads from stone. This head is roughly 6 feet talk and is found in the National Museum in Mexico City, Mexico. The Olmecs flourished from 1500 B.C. to about 400 B.C. around Veracruz and Tabasco.
