Loved hearing what Shannon had to say about about getting involved on the grassroots and community level. Big Brother Mouse in Luang Prabang seems wonderful! Wish I had known about it when I was there. Really interesting about the water purifier example also because if you can’t find a sustainable/lasting solution to a pressing issue, then it’s still a big issue.
Also, great point about online reviews at Abroad Reviews. Didn’t know about that!
