How to get the Amateur Traveler podcast iTunes enhanced version
Step 1 – If you do not already have Apple’s iTunes program for Windows or Macintosh then download it for free from http://www.apple.com/itunes.
Step 2 – Run the iTunes program
Step 3 – Click on this link to go to the show in iTunes. If that works, skip to Step 9. If not continue to Step 4.
Step 4 – Click on the “Music Store” in the left sidebar
Step 5 – Click on the “Podcast” area of the iTunes Music Store.
Step 6 – Type “Amateur Traveler” in the “Search All Podcasts” area
Step 7 – Click the magnifying glass in the “Search All Podcasts” area to search
Step 8 – You should see at least 2 versions of the podcast, one of which is labeled “Amateur Traveler podcast” (iTunes enhanced). Click on the small arrow to the right of the show name.
Step 9 – Hey, you found it. You can subscribe to it just by clicking the “subscribe” button.
Step 10 – If you want to get old episodes you can scroll the bottom pane right until you can see the “Get Episode” button
Playing iTunes enhanced podcasts
Once you have subscribed to podcasts or downloaded particular episodes you can click on the Podcasts area in the left sidebar
This will open up a list of podcasts (some enhanced, some video, some audio). Scroll down to “Amateur Traveler Podcast (iTunes enhanced)”. You can play the latest episode by double clicking the name.
If you have more than one episode you can click the triangle to the left of the name to display all of the episodes. Again double click an episode to play it.
If you don’t see pictures, open the Song artwork pane using the 4th button from the bottom left.
