One small correction, the capital of Brazil is Brasília, not São Paulo. The United States embassy is located in Brasília, while there are consulates in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Recife.

Well I wondered. I forgot to look it up but was wondering when it had moved. Sorry about that.

Chris,
I heard you mention at 5:30 into the show that you’re arranging for travel to Canada. Are you referring to the Podcasters Across Borders conference in Ottawa? And are you yourself going to attend? If so, I want to buy you a drink.

Some good tips in there, thanks Chris.
I’m a big fan of kayak.com, one of the best for finding cheap flights if you’ve got flexible dates, but it’s worth looking up the MoneySavingAvisor dot com’s flight checker app too – finds all the cheap budget flights you can ask for!
Keep up the great podcast,
Colin
